If the issue is not that pressing then a direct link to our web based Customer Service System (SysAid) can be used and the fault tracked on line. Remote MonitoringBlenheim IT monitors your network 24 hours a day simply as a backup to our on-site work. We know the problems before you do. Blenheim IT monitors your network because we know problems occur, between PM Days, which simply cannot be predicted. We receive alerts if:
