Blenheim IT is a proactive IT support company. It is our responsibility to keep your IT working properly so that you can concentrate on what you know best; your business. All our staff are based in the UK and we pride ourselves on the high level of support we offer.

Regualr On-Site Maintenance

 The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Day is the key to our proactive IT support service. PM Days are full-day on-site maintenance days that are split into three key areas:

1. Server & Network Checks
Designed to identify potential future problems and resolve them before they become an issue for the client.

2. User Issues
Dealing with any issues that have arisen since the last visit which requires (or benefits from) face-to-face contact.

3. Network Development
Time dedicated to adding to, or improving, their network. These are just a few of the tasks this time can be allocated to:

  • adding new computers
  • installing new software
  • upgrading backup devices
  • identifying useful technologies for the client

Unlimited Support

Anybody who works for one our clients can call us at any time, during their supported hours, for any IT problem. If the issue is not that pressing then a direct link to our web based Customer Service System (SysAid) can be used and the fault tracked on line.

If you have an IT support issue that is affecting your work, call us and and we guarantee to respond within your individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). All calls are logged on our Customer Information System and a ticket number provided, should future reference be necessary. If the problem is easier to deal with remotely, the next call you get from us is likely to be telling you the problem is fixed.

IT support requests can be logged in three ways: by phone, by e-mail or directly into our Customer Information System via the Internet.

Remote Monitoring

Blenheim IT monitors your network 24 hours a day simply as a backup to our on-site work. We know the problems before you do. Blenheim IT monitors your network because we know problems occur, between PM Days, which simply cannot be predicted. We receive alerts if:

  • specified thresholds are exceeded
  • your backup fails
  • your internet connection fails
  • and much more

When we receive an alert we will take whatever action is necessary, usually without you even knowing.

Emergency call-outs

Our proactive service is designed to keep your computer network working. The SysAid monitoring and the PM Days will spot and resolve problems and our unlimited support deals with any other issues.
